Ghislaine Granger (Executive Producer)
Ghislaine Granger is a freelance Executive Producer, Consultant and Mentor.
She was Senior Producer at Sadler's Wells in their Producing and Touring department for 12 years. Projects she produced in that role include: Pina Bausch's Rite of Spring remounted with 38 African dancers; Crystal Pite's Polaris which won an Olivier Award; Carlos Acosta at the Royal Albert Hall and on tour; Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Wayne McGregor, Natalia Osipova, Hussein Chalayan, Damien Jalet, and Nitin Sawhney. She has toured worldwide, including New York (Park Avenue Armory, Lincoln Center, New York City Center), Sydney Opera House, Melbourne and Adelaide Festivals, Canada, Europe (Lyon Nuits de Fourviere, Paris La Villette, Wuppertal), Taipei, China, as well as the UK, Edinburgh International Festival, etc.
Prior to 2012 she worked as a freelance Producer / Manager in theatre, circus, dance, voiceperformances, site specific as well as outdoor events, and many other artforms for 15 years, for artists including Fevered Sleep, Told by an Idiot, Improbable Theatre, Dialogue Productions, Yvon Bonenfant, and BAC. She worked for Secret Cinema as their General Manager and Producer at its inception, presenting events at Fabric, Tate Britain, ICA, Glastonbury and Latitude Festivals, amongst many other locations.
She also produced and presented her own multi artform event ‘Down the Rabbit Hole’ at the Bargehouse on the South Bank in 2008.

Molly Jones (Producer)
As a producer, Molly has worked for Sadler’s Wells, mounting and touring productions such as Message in a Bottle (Kate Prince/Sting) and Shades of Blue (Matsena Productions), working with incredible choreographers such as Vicki Igbokwe-Ozoagu and Jade Hackett. She has also been a producer and programmer for ZOO Venues, she champions contemporary work that is funny, unexpected and bold. Her festival work includes Nozstock, the Hidden Valley, Newcastle Fringe (Australia).
She is a big fan of Czech dance, underground music and her cats.

MICHELLE BYNOE (Engagement Manager)
Michelle trained at Laban and began her career at The Place, working extensively on its community dance programmes and teaching repertoire for London Contemporary Dance Theatre and Richard Alston.
She has a wealth of leadership, management, dance teaching and facilitation experience in mainstream, special, higher, and alternative education, as well as criminal justice and community sectors. She has worked with The Roundhouse, Central School of Speech and Drama and Russell Maliphant Dance Company among others.
Michelle joined LSC as Head of Widening Participation and Engagement in May 2023 and is also currently a Lecturer at Canterbury Christ Church University.

Joanne Bernard (Rehearsal Director and Artistic Consultant)
Joanne was rehearsal director for Phoenix Dance Theatre for 2 1/2 year's and currently is Artistic consultant for Northern Colour the NPO project at NSCD.
Joanne worked closely with Company of Others as Rehearsal Director on Grief Floats set in the North Sea, and Uchenna Dance for the opening show of Sadler's Wells East, Our Mighty Groove.
Her experience in the Dance sector spans 30 years. She has a passion for championing, challenging and supporting Black Artists and their work.
